THE STUDY OF YOGA BEYOND BAHARANGA, WHAT LIES BEYOND PERFECTING THE BODY IN YOGA ASANA



What lies beyond the postures of Yoga? Yoga has eight stages, the first 5 are the External Yoga  & the final 3 are called the Internal Yoga, making a total of 8 stages. Stressing on Self-mastery, your Purpose, what you are doing here for example at work or in this world & in this body. Yoga deals with the Instrumentation of every other aspect of your character. You can continuously be active in the regard that, and can continue to manufacture pleasure to rise above the pain. Concentrating the mind to achieve self mastery is as integral to yoga practice as is study of asana or the philosophy of Yoga. Yoga is an orthodox school of Hinduism with tonnes of written work about it. The theory being that the aspirant who is studying Yoga must delve into the philosophy even if just for a little while. Post studying the internal yoga stage, you begin to steady your mind, you train your mind & refine your body of knowledge substantially. The mind is very sensitive, the mind has the capacity to become anything it wants, you realize the highest objective within yourself. You will have absolute clarity about the object of your beingness. Your being productive in life & at your job, your purpose & your mission, Yoga doctrine helps you to find your passion & define it, to know your true path. You will find through the study of Yoga, your true identification will be with the mastery over self.
Mastery, laughter, this is the Way of Yoga. Embodying your truth, professionally & your path, you will laugh with life, and about it. This is the way yoga and your mind function. There is much more to Yoga than the study of Asana, this is what I want to train and teach  you about the nature of mind, in Classical Yoga doctrine and how you stop the prevention of reaching your goals, familial, business & otherwise to attain your secret desires. Achievement & putting into practice the final three stages of the 8-fold path of Yoga, Anataraga and what is not being studied in the Yoga world or being tackled. The final stages of mastery in Yoga are about your professional life, mainly, how it defines you clearly & fulfills your plans, but also overcoming pain and unfulfillment. Yoga in the final three stages is about you attaining the mastery of the sum total of all the ingredients, for the full working of your mind, in this capacity, in this life, here and now, at your job, profession & daily life. A total idea about the benefit of studying the Antaranga or the Internal Yoga  is that you will have total clarity about your life, where you are going with it and, what we are going to do therapeutically is tackle the pain of emotionalism and financially to have utmost clarity. Studying with me the finer aspects of
yoga, replacing the objective of pain, non – achievement, dissatisfaction, with your true objective in life. Actually achieving your true objective and all the qualities that make you desirable to anyone & everyone. You want to have a complete knowledge about your mind & your body of knowledge with your capacity, & to fine tune your levels of mastery, that is why it is called the Mind that gathers. When you perfect the final ideal or stages of yoga, the mind training becomes available not just the asanam & the breathing techniques alone. But that you take all of that externalization of yourself what you are out to achieve in the career graph, the corporate ladder, the total mutation of  that external idea of your self, replacing the want with a state called calm abiding. We then replace that pain, with the want to succeed by and with this new objective of defining yourself clearly, the sum total of your personality, and exploring your entire body of knowledge. The expansion and an in depth study of your true personality, the functioning of your self in society and in the world at large and achieving those goals, and defining your purpose clearly right here and now, and achieving total self mastery in all areas of your life. 
Attaining all eight stages of the eight-fold path of yoga is imperative and necessary for the all round development of the individual. The eight stages of Classical Yoga are yama- restraints, niyama-observances, asana-posture, pranayama-breath control, pratyhara-sense control, dharana-concentration, dhyana-meditation, samadhi-self mastery.
